The Federation of Automobile Dealers' Association (FADA) reported a significant increase of 28.60% in electric vehicle (EV) sales in India in June compared to the previous year. The surge was mainly driven by a massive jump in e-passenger vehicle volumes.

Expanding charging infrastructure and fostering domestic innovation, this visionary initiative is leading to record EV sales nationwide and shaping a cleaner, smarter, and self-reliant mobility future for India, he added.
