Aamir Khan's movie Sitaare Zameen Par faces tough competition on Day 18 as earnings fall, struggling to reach the prestigious ₹150 crore mark.
Sitaare Zameen Par saw a significant drop in earnings on Day 18, facing competition from Anurag Basu's Metro. The movie earned a meagre ₹70,00,000 by 6 pm on Monday, keeping its total earnings below the ₹150 crore mark. The Tamil version garnered ₹74,00,000, while the Telugu variant earned ₹44,00,000. Sitaare Zameen Par has a global collection of ₹231.5 crore in 17 days, with an overseas collection of ₹53.75 crore and an India gross of ₹177.75 crore.
