Kharge criticized the alliance between Nitish Kumar and BJP as opportunistic and not in the best interest of the state. He claimed that Nitish Kumar only switches sides for power and termed the alliance as detrimental to the people of Bihar.

BJP's Promises and Criticisms

Kharge questioned the BJP's promises for Bihar, especially the Rs 1.25 lakh crore package promised in 2015. He accused Prime Minister Narendra Modi of running a 'factory of lies' and urged the people of Bihar to demand answers from Nitish Kumar.

Political Witch Hunt

Kharge also criticized the chargesheet filed against Sonia Gandhi and Rahul Gandhi in the National Herald case, calling it a political witch hunt by the ruling dispensation. He emphasized the need for unity among Congress leaders in the face of such targeting.

Anti-Poor Stand

Kharge lambasted the BJP and RSS for their anti-poor stance, alleging that they do not care about the welfare of the underprivileged. He criticized their divisive tactics based on caste and religion, pointing to recent legislative actions.

The Bihar Legislative Assembly elections are scheduled to take place later this year.
