The consumer goods maker highlighted a recovery in urban consumption and sequential demand growth in the FMCG sector as key drivers for its performance. In its Q1FY26 business update, Dabur projected strong performance in the home and personal care segment, with brands like Dabur Red Toothpaste and Odomos expected to drive growth and gain market share.

The company also anticipates robust double-digit growth in its healthcare segment, with Dabur Honitus slated to deliver over 40% growth during the quarter. International business is expected to post double-digit growth in key markets like MENA, Turkey, Bangladesh, and the US-based Namaste business. While the beverage portfolio faced challenges due to unseasonal rains, products like Activ Juices and Activ Coconut Water saw momentum with growth expected in the mid-teens.

Dabur's consolidated revenue is projected to grow in low single digits, with operating profit growth slightly lagging revenue growth. With a refreshed strategic vision and favorable macroeconomic conditions, the company expects revenue growth to regain momentum and trend higher in the coming quarters.
